As the Corporate Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial accounting and corporate reporting functions within our organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage financial processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities
- Month-End Close: Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
- Global consolidation: responsible for the global consolidation of month end results, including chart of accounts, data mapping, and publishing of final internal results.
- Intercompany Accounting: own the global intercompany accounting process including working capital eliminations, intercompany loans, and cash repatriation accounting.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with the Company’s accounting and reporting policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
