The IT E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of ERP integrations and Project management methods within ERP services for all applications supporting EDI (E-Commerce) and production label applications.
Responsibilities
- Develops strategic plans identifying Information Technology applications to support business plans or create new strategic options in areas of EDI (E-Commerce) and production label applications
- Analyze and solution workflow issues of the EDI (E-Commerce) and production label areas in JDE and other associated applications.
- Provides input for E-Commerce group to meet the needs of the company regarding all software and process solutions.
- Solution and Support for conversions in the EDI (E-Commerce) and production label s
- Participates in specific assignments/projects to produce recommendations and set expectations of path to follow for EDI (E-Commerce)
- Manages business analysts for EDI (E-Commerce) in all applications associated and JDE.
- Effectively develop and mentor analysts in EDI (E-Commerce) and production label applications.
- Provide advanced knowledge of EDI (E-Commerce) and production label applications.
- Directs programmers on development needs in EDI (E-Commerce) and production label applications.
Qualifications
- S. degree in Business, Computer Science or 3 years equivalent experience required
- Proven experience developing and supporting EDI processes and technology
- Highly motivated to build a thorough knowledge of user functions
- Ability to lead individuals and across functional teams
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communications skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all levels of the business
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Driven to continue technology and business education
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 PC applications
- Strong knowledge of ERP system data files or broad data analysis experience
- Excellent business analysis and project management experience
