Responsibilities
Summary: The Regional Human Resources Manager will work with the Human Resources Director to provide human resources guidance to multiple Consumer Packaging North America manufacturing sites. Under direction from the Human Resources Director, the individual will work closely with the site Human Resources, Operations, Quality, & EHS leadership teams to implement strategic Human Resources initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness and business results. Aside from travel requirements, this role will work remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide human resource leadership for manufacturing sites to deliver key HR processes including staffing, organization design, talent management, succession planning, communications, employee relations, compensation and benefits, diversity initiatives, training, and employee
- Partner with site Human Resources, Operations, and plant leadership to anticipate and lead organizational change, identify capability gaps, and align HR resources to business
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers, individual contributors, and other key stakeholders to provide advice and counsel on employee and organizational
- Direct responsibility and accountability for multiple manufacturing locations.
- Assure compliance with corporate and government regulations
Training period will consist of a minimum of 1 month.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervisory responsibility for management staff.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree, human resources preferred; or minimum 5 years progressive human resources leadership or related
- Business focused and knowledge of business strategy and key business
- Strong analytical and planning skills with ability to balance multiple
- Ability to work at multiple organizational levels and across diverse
- Demonstrated experience/skills in leading
- Based on business needs, willingness to travel up to 50%.

Certification
PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small and large group situations to customers, clients and other employees in the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and financial data as it pertains to plant staffing and function. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems in varying situations.
