Respiratory Health Account Executive

Our Respiratory Health sales team members are driven by successful interactions with physicians, office staff and other members of the healthcare team by uniting to save and sustain lives. This is where we transform healthcare, together.
The Position: We’re looking for a proven successful Respiratory Account Executive to work collaboratively with internal partners, developing, & implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for Baxter Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV), Bronchiectasis (BE), HFCWO and Oscillating Lung Expansion products, programs and services.

Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent related work experience
• 2-5 years demonstrated successful sales performance in medical device, DME or
• Demonstrated strategic selling skills in home medical equipment or Durable Medical Equipment
• Outstanding planning and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and in team collaborative environment.
• Customer focused and strong rapport builder
• Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30 -40 lbs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets
• Prospect for new business 15%-20% of time
• Record all call activity in company CRM to include use of company sales data platforms
• Plan for and complete required face-to-face interactions with office and hospital-based healthcare staff
• Create & validate territory routing plan.
• Conduct effective & ongoing communications with all Baxter internal and external customers.
• Manage assigned territory budget and expenses withing established guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
The Location: The territory is centered in the Raleigh / Durham area and also includes coastal, eastern, and southern North Carolina.
