Position in this function provides support to the Growth, Product, & Strategy team for bid pursuits and strategy/solutioning with regards to partners. Role will need to establish and maintain partner relationships, negotiate work and rates, collaborating significantly with the other teams on pursuits.

Primary Responsibilities - Directly supports overall growth work through the following processes:
- Collecting, compiling, and tracking pricing requests from partners
- Discussion with partners on rates, capabilities, and past performance
- Negotiating work, ensuring partner can cover needs and capabilities
- Submitting finalized and approved pricing to pricing team
- Reviewing RFPs, RFIs, and to provide Partner Strategy updates
- Proxy for Phase Gate meetings
- Working with Resource Partner Management (RPM) team to collect market analysis on LCATs to synthesize with collected pricing data
- Directly supports ongoing Partner Strategy work and operations with examples below:
- Maintaining partner relationships/touchpoints - point of contact for many major current and potential partners
- Initial communications with possible new partners including scheduling overview calls, setting them up in the PDB with the Questionnaire, etc.
- Attending new partner vetting calls, tracking capabilities, service walkthroughs, etc.
- Managing potential partner leads sent from program and determining if reach-out is required
- Regularly updating partners on growth opportunities/bid status
- Overseeing the Fee Schedule process including drafting, approval process, sending for signature / countersignature, record keeping, tracking pricing across partners / contracts, updating MedNet shell and tasking
- Supports internal projects including:
- MedNet Cleanup and Organization
- Research projects, significant data research work for projects ad hoc
- Managing the Partner Timekeeping Initiatives
- Overseeing the Comparative Rate Dashboard to track partner rates, available LCATs, locations, level of staffing confidence, wrap rates, and past Task Orders for given pursuits
- Supporting the annual Small Business Symposium including overall schedule creation, presentation content coordination, internal and external daily agendas, onsite coordination, filtering partner invite responses, and post-event work (compiling presentation notes, tracking synergies/alignments/next steps)
- Assisting leaders and Contracts team with MedNet data review on MDE intermittently as needed

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supplier, vendor/partner, and/or account management experience
- 6+ months of experience in government contracting (VA, DoD, DHA, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MedNet
- Experience with FAR compliance, proposals
- Experience in project management
- Demonstrated innovative and collaborative capabilities when identifying new solutions
- Proven ability to read reports, analyze reports, and create action plans based on performance
- Proven ability to influence others
- Proven solid organizational and communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
