Position Summary: The People Information Management and Systems (HRIS) Specialist is responsible for End-user support and maintenance of the global Human Capital Management (HCM) system (Oracle Cloud). The role supports the processing and maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy of Human Resources information and testing new features as they are implemented. In addition, this role provides data retrieval for information analyses and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Executes mass data imports in the HR system in support of ad-hoc and routine requests.
- Resolves routine End-user support requests that have documented solutions.
- Provides training and user-support to HR community for HRIS processes and system navigation.
- Provides input to System Analysts to identify needs for improved end-user reference resources.
- Administers incoming system access permission requests per documented guidelines.
- Performs periodic audits of granted permissions to ensure proper security of data access.
- Executes system regression testing, as assigned in support of upgrades, configuration modifications, functionality enhancements.
- Support implementation of new products, processes, and business requirements.
- Provides support to End-user requests for HR Master Data reports, within data protection guidelines.
- Periodically conduct data integrity audits and data-cleanup efforts.
- Monitors existing data integration failures, resolve data errors, and escalate failures to Systems Analyst and process owners, when needed.
- Modifies/develops reports from HR system per provided requirements.
- Monitors scheduled reports and resolves basic issues (e.g. re-trigger the schedule).

- Education: Associate's degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years supporting HR Operations and administering HR data.
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data tables to extract information for reporting requirements.
- Customer Service oriented and possesses interpersonal skills. Action-oriented and able to drive for results.
- Expert level ability to develop, manipulate and maintain spreadsheets in MS Excel.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of associates
- Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them frequently.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.
- Maintains confidentiality and upholds human resource data privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
This role may be based in our Evansville, IN office, hybrid, or remote.
