The Q2C Specialist will be responsible for the daily operations and support of the Merative front-office Opportunity and Order Management processes and transactions. Merative has built and continues to improve upon its Opportunity-to-Order process including implementing new functionality/enhancements to provide a unique Sales experience by Business Unit while implementing the necessary business controls to ensure consistency and quality in our customer Orders.
This role will have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders from around Merative to troubleshoot, design, test and implement new process improvements. This role will interface directly with the Deal Desk team to provide direct support to those Stakeholders and will also serve as the Tier 2/3 operational support mechanism for any Seller initiated Cases/tickets. Lastly, this role will collaborate with all areas of the business to maintain the existing O2O Process Guide and related documents that document our transactional guidelines and policies.
Required
- Strong Excel skills
- At least 4-5 years of sales operations or finance operations experience
- Knowledge of both SaaS and Consulting cost and price metrics
- At least 3 years project/ technical lead experience
- At least 4-5 years of experience managing Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities in SalesForce Sales Cloud
- Critical thinking and Project Management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional requirements gathering meetings to solution new initiatives work with IT, Legal, Finance and GTM to implement complex system workflows and enhanced system functionality
- Basic financial acumen as it relates to revenue and cost accounting
- At least 2-3 years working directly with Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales/Account Executives in support of transactional business
Preferred
- Experience with SalesForce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) preferred
- Experience with various ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud) preferred
- Agile/Lean certified
