How will you make an impact?
As an R&D Scientist I, you will be at the forefront of scientific innovation, aiming to provide world-class research solutions. Your role will involve conducting and coordinating advanced research projects that contribute to our ambitious goals of crafting exceptional pharmaceutical products.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and analyze experiments to innovate new products and enhance existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement research findings into product development.
- Apply brand new laboratory equipment to ensure flawless execution of research protocols.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research outcomes effectively.
- Identify research priorities and prioritize the allocation of resources to meet project deadlines.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field is required, or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a research setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with chromatographic, spectroscopic, or other analytical techniques is highly desirable.
Proficiencies:
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and chemical hazards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to scientific challenges.
- Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and instructions meticulously.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in applying mathematical operations to tasks such as test reliability and analysis of variance.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and compete successfully in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
- The position requires basic physical skills to move around the office, including standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It also involves handling light to medium weights, using hands and fingers for typing, and having good vision for computer work. Sitting, reaching, talking, and listening are also required.
- Safety glasses, safety shoes, lab coat, latex or similar gloves, safety apron, organic respirator occasionally.
