Your Role:
The Service Operations Coordinator provides support to implementation project managers by helping projects move faster through the implementation process to allow for quicker revenue recognition. The position is responsible for creating and setting up implementation projects while providing administrative support on those projects. Performs a wide variety of internal and customer-facing activities to support project documentation and revenue requirements to ensure projects are accurate and ready to be assigned to project manager.

What you'll be doing:
- Receive data to create projects in Kantata and update with supporting project documentation and revenue requirements.
- Work with sales and customer teams to ensure that projects are clean and ready for project managers to begin work
- Conduct scope review calls with various customer stakeholders to confirm that project scope is understood and agreed on.
- Confirm customer preparatory work is completed before project manager is assigned.
- Receive project backlog from finance, manage revenue lines and assign to project managers to drive reduction of aged and unresolved lines.
- Coordinate small revenue-generating projects.
- Help to accelerate project related revenue through data forecasting, PMO metrics, and aid in room-by-room conversion tracking.
- Work with Order Management to forecast and release hardware for Nurse Call projects.
- Complete concession and change order workflow that require minimum justifications.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with daily collaboration and interaction with sales teams, service personnel, project management, all levels of service leadership, service operations and quality assurance and regulatory affairs to complete required tasks.
- Miscellaneous project support, including but not limited to gathering information, documentation, and quality-related certifications by partnering with field-based project management team members to understand current project status against project plan.
What you'll bring:
- BS/BA Degree preferred not required
- Experience with Kantata, MS Project, MS CRM, Salesforce, JD Edwards preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience navigating technology
- Ability to define problems, identify solutions and follow through to completion
- Very effective rapport and consensus building skills
- Acute attention to detail and effective analytical skills
- Adept listening and positive communication skills
- Positive facilitation capabilities in working across diverse groups of people
- Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks with consists of frequently sitting for hours at a time.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work structure, which includes successful remote work.
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000.00 to $88,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
