Summary
In this role, you will provide formatting expertise, execution and project management for deadline-sensitive PowerPoint presentations, analytics reports, Word proposals and other client-facing materials in support of Sg2 consulting, events, intelligence and sales and service teams. You will coordinate our Sg2 online print/ship web portal for fulfilling client materials requests, including interface with our external commercial printer who hosts the site. You will be part of the Sg2 Creative Services team comprised of editors, graphic designers and print production teammates with whom you will work with regularly to execute presentation and client deliverables in a high-volume, demanding production environment with competing and shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide design, layout and formatting solutions that meet project goals and comply with strict corporate brand guidelines.
- Work effectively within a team structure to ensure process and project issues are communicated in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, fluctuating workload and conflict within a high-volume, fast-turnaround production environment.
- Coordinate production files and trafficking for the Sg2 Storefront, an online print/ship website created to upload, print and ship client-facing and conference materials.
- Meet timeline and quality standards for all project deliverables.
- Create production files that comply with master template and manufacturing standards.
- Promote organizational efficiencies through improvements in workflow and business practices, particularly as related to presentations and templated materials.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Creative Services department by fostering positive relationships with team, stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required.
- Hands-on experience producing templated PowerPoint presentations for business executives in a corporate, agency or high-volume publishing environment required.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills preferred.
- Tactical commercial print production experience strongly preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
