The
Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team is responsible for cybersecurity across our organization. We support our business and members by reducing risk, rapidly responding to threats, focusing on business resiliency and securing new acquisitions.
This role falls within the EIS Strategic Transformation and Operations department - specifically within the EIS Global Connect Team. This role, works across EIS (Enterprise Information Security) with product and Service Owners, to identify and operationalize new services that can be managed by our EIS Global Connect team which are delivered efficiently and meet customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work across EIS with product and Service Owners to improve the customer experience of existing services managed by our security operations team
- Work with security operations team to review and improve processes to better support customers and meet Service Owner’s requirements
- Capitalizes on lessons learned and process improvement opportunities
- Defines, builds, monitors, and controls an EIS Service Catalog which will helps our customers understand what services are available for consumption
- Contributes to a centralized knowledgebase of articles used for customer service requests
- Defines, grooms, prioritizes, and manages a backlog of service requests (user stories)
- Manages user stories in assigned sprints and releases
- Communicates progress against plan with management and stakeholders
- Comfortable being a point of escalation for support
- Drives marketing and awareness of security operations team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of managing complex programs/projects
- 3+ years of managing service requests (intake > fulfillment)
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct or Indirect People Management Experience
- Operations experience
- Information Security Operations Experience
- Knowledge of IT Service Management Module in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Rally and Agile Methodology

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
