We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, agile methodologies, and business analysis. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Primary Responsibilities - Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct workshops to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and project requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and specifications
- Project Management:
- Responsible for project oversight, governance, and status reporting using approved methodologies
- Develop and manage project plans to achieve high-quality, on-time implementations
- Lead implementations as the client-facing project manager for complex, multi-phase deployments
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with a myriad of stakeholders
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Work closely with other Project Managers to facilitate cross-pollination of client-based learnings and ensure consistency of the overall delivery model
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within marketing and data management workflows
- Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and identify recommendations and insights
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish metrics required to measure business performance and develop processes for identifying and addressing performance gaps
- Prepare detailed and accurate status reports on an ongoing basis, mitigating delays to the implementation and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriate
- Team Leadership and Mentoring:
- Lead cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities
- Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members
- Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical/technical role
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven solid background in agile methodologies and project management
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
