This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the payer businesses by acting as a crucial link between internal support channels, the account team, and clients. It involves leveraging data-driven insights to solve diverse issues for payer and government clients, independently investigating complex problems, and assisting in managing client-related tasks and prioritizing them.

Primary Responsibilities
- Position in this function design, develop, and implement customized technical material for various publications (which may require the research and translation of technical information), including but not limited to tutorials, manuals, and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users
- May produce content for embedded user assistance technology
- Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation
- Produces products that meet the needs of consumers, satisfy technical requirements, and conform to the company documentation standards

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience writing manuals, tutorials, web-based documents, or user assistance technology, creating clear, concise, and accurate technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and customizing technical material tailored to various audiences, adapting content for multiple formats (e.g., tutorials, manuals, embedded assistance)
- 2+ years of experience conducting interviews with technical staff, users, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data, researching technical concepts and translate complex information into user-friendly documentation
- 2+ years of experience maintaining documentation that meets company standards and technical requirements, with knowledge of industry-standard documentation tools and processes
- 2+ years of experience effectively communicating complex technical ideas in simple terms
- 2+ years of experience working with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or web-based content management systems), with familiarity with embedding user assistance technologies and content management systems (CMS)
- 2+ years of experience assessing user needs and ensuring the accuracy of content, with an ability to understand technical issues and provide solutions through documentation
Preferred Qualification
- Familiarity with project management tools e.e, JIRA

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
