Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Senior Account Lead to join them. You will report to the Global Customer Service Center Manager and will have an on-site, 1st shift work schedule in East Aurora, New York.
To be considered for Senior Account Lead, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Typically, an Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of customer service or related experience.
As a Senior Account Lead, You Will
- Provide direct interface with Commercial Aftermarket customer for new business and aftermarket inside sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries with product price and delivery quotations.
- Review orders with pertinent parties making certain that all necessary commitments are finalized. Initiate sales orders based on above. Review customer contract to assure Moog’s compliance with all specifications.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, using records at hand or by gathering information internally. Follow up existing orders to maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain effective liaison with divisional departments and divisions within the company as required to determine shipment priority requirements.
- Interface with finance to resolve invoicing and credit questions / problems.
- Consult with manager on emergency and complex or unusual situations.
- May travel to customer locations as needed.

Salary Range Transparency
Buffalo, NY $31.25–$40.87 Hourly
