To meet the demand of our nation’s school districts and healthcare systems, we need a marketing intern. This position is onsite in-office in Jacksonville, FL.
The marketing intern will assist in managing social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
Marketing Intern Responsibilities:
- Working and collaborating alongside the Marketing team to create a plan for social media marketing strategies.
- Managing and organizing all social media marketing accounts
- Content creation for social automation campaigns
- Utilize resources to develop new social media campaigns
- Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through daily brand posting and content calendar maintenance and scheduling.
- Monitor social channels for industry trends, news, and ideas.
- Help create and launch email marketing campaigns utilizing email automation
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Record and analyze social media metrics and progression.
- Help grow our brand through creative thinking.
- Assist with other marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, and particularly listening skills
- Strong eye for design, and graphic design skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in communications, fine arts, graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Some experience with graphic design software
- Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office. Photography/Video editing experience preferred.
