The Business Analyst performs a variety of analyses, projects and initiatives, and helps support in defining and refining of business reporting requirements. The position provides a wide variety of support functions to the Florida Regional Operations team and other areas, as assigned, to ensure enterprise operational performance and quality goals are met consistently. The Business Process Analyst works proactively and independently across the organization to drive short and long term project goals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Works with internal and external department customers to define and document requirements to enrich reporting capabilities
- Serves as a resource to Operations staff, answering questions and assisting with department informatics, reporting and trending, and workflow/operational issues
- Performs a broad range of research and analyses assignments, requiring innovative uses of techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies
- Provides analytical input, trend analysis and assistance to executive Business unit team members on an ad-hoc basis
- Performs analysis, and evaluates downstream business systems, processes, and/or intradepartmental impacts
- Assists market leadership and other related department team members in the implementation of programs or projects, including planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members, and monitoring progress toward achievement and other projects as assigned
- Monitors deliverables and facilitates communication with team members and other appropriate parties to ensure commitments are met
- Identifies issues and offers/drives solutions through critical thinking
- Secures support on initiatives among team resources, establish deadlines for projects and makes sure output is on-target, on-strategy and on-time
- Ensures accuracy of all deliverables including presentations, contracts, and spreadsheets, etc.
- Escalates issues to department leadership for support and guidance
- Responsible for presentation preparation, report production, and/or database management
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years experience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines while paying close attention to the details of all the deliverables
- 1+ years experience articulating and communicating with senior leaders internal/external to the organization
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (Pivot Table and VLookups)
- Intermediate interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, with ability to thrive in a collaborative, high performance and action-oriented team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (or higher) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field
- 1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Operations, Customer Service, or related field
- Knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI
- Health care industry experience
- Experience in programs or projects, including planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team
