We have a new
Customer Service Assistant/Dispatcher opportunity in our Tampa, FL office, and are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team! You will be responsible for monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner. You will be directly responsible for transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.

What is the Pay?
$20 per hour.
What is the Shift?
Monday - Friday 4:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Medical Delivery Services 7861 Woodland Center Blvd, Tampa FL 33614.
How will you make an impact?
- Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner.
- Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner.
- Utilize critical thinking skills.
- Utilize tracking/dispatching software — E-Courier.
- Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, multi-tasking.

- 2+ years Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Ability to think strategically and be a leader.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
