Our Quality Management team is a focal point of OptumRx which drives exceptional service behaviors, processes, and practices for our clients and members. It's a job that calls on you to be thoughtful, resourceful, team-driven and customer-focused. The Sr. Auditor is responsible for auditing member calls and non-call processes to ensure compliance to operational guidelines and adherence driving increased customer satisfaction and NPS across the OptumRx client base. Most auditors complete approximately 550 audits monthly.
Specifically, our team requires that the candidate complete quality audit reviews of calls and non-call work to ensure the operational team members are accurately servicing our members. They will listen to the call or review the process to score the operational teams on different attributes that are important to the business to ensure the member is receiving accurate and great customer service. In addition, they may need to perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities
- Complete quality review of call accuracy and process accuracy
- Identify defects and properly score the audit form
- Provide feedback as necessary to the operations team member and leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience working within Microsoft Excel with the ability to filter and sort
- Background reviewing and preparing documentation needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- 2+ years in the healthcare industry or related experience
- Prior authorization work experience
- Quality auditing experience
- Knowledge and/or experience with call center or customer service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
