Job Description Summary
The program manager is responsible for providing BDZ project and program management support for various transfer and/or design change projects (of electro-mechanical products). The program manager will lead transfer projects. The position must be able to work with BDZ & outside (transferee) stakeholders to take projects and programs from project initiation through project close out, including coordination and alignment of integration points with product development plans/schedules. This position may be full time or part time.

Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Integrate with transferee organization’s project management.
- Plans, schedules, organizes, and delegates project activities. Sets goals, establishes priorities, manages project resources, reviews progress and results.
- Lead teams, negotiate for resources and lead projects to a successful and timely completion.
- Meeting coordination - scheduling, taking meeting minutes, leading discussion when necessary.
- Collect, organize, and escalate project issues and risks.
- Ensures regulatory compliance of projects by collaborating with the applicable groups. Complies with BDZ and BD quality policies, procedures, and practices.

Minimum Requirement
- Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience
