The Project Manager oversees CarepathRx Health System Solutions' (CHSS) systems and solution implementation projects. The project manager leads to deliver reliable, on-time, on-budget programs that meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and exposure in the pharmacy business space, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Monitor and report project progress and take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- The Project Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a flexible, remote work environment, with occasional on-site meetings and collaborations.
- The role may require occasional travel to project sites or client locations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Healthcare and/or systems implementation experience.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy practices (Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy preferred).
