Title: Documentation Specialist

Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Manhattan Warehouse Management experience is preferred.
- Experience in writing clear, logical, succinct, and accurate documentation with the audience in mind
Responsbilities
- The worker will assist the team in modifying and creating procedures related to our new Warehouse Management System, Manhattan.
- They will meet with Subject Matter Experts in the Distribution Centers to assess document changes and identify the need for new documents.
- The worker will draft documents based on the Subject Matter Experts’ guidance and present these changes to the team for review.
- The worker will collaborate closely with our change management team to prepare the documents for the approval process and resolve any concerns raised by the approvers.
- The worker will be required to initiate communications to obtain information and actively problem-solve.
- In addition to our US Distribution Center employees, the worker will work closely (via Teams and video chat) with English speaking personnel at our facility in Germany. The new system goes live in Q3 2025. Currently, there are approximately 200 documents that need to be revised,obsoleted, or completely rewritten. This is a critical role for the project, and the worker will be under the guidance of an Abbott employee.
