Your role at Baxter
The End User Support Services Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to executive end users and their administration within the Vantive organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, software license management, certification management, managing user accounts, data backup, handling collaboration tools such as video, conferencing, outlook, town halls, webinars and any related assistance while hosting executive meetings.
What you'll be doing
Respond to and resolve technical support requests for executive (VIP) users via phone, email, and in-person.
Install and support Windows OS including command line and client support, system configuration imaging and troubleshooting for Mac OS, Chrome OS, Android OS.
Address PC and mobile device issues, including common software, hardware, connectivity issues, malware, and security challenges.
Handle user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
Deliver training and mentorship to end users on the use of hardware, software, and IT policies.
Work with executives to ensure seamless execution of meetings, town halls, webinars and any type of conferencing support required to promote positive end user experience.
Work with business partners, local management & finance teams to plan and implement the budget for IT services & solutions.
Provide support to non-executives as needed per support model design by the End User Services IT function.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
10+ years of demonstrated ability in a technical support or end user support role.
Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems. Ability to create VDI / VMs & instances in cloud infrastructure.
Good knowledge of Wintel servers’ management.
Solid understanding of mobility solutions (iPhone /iPad / BYOD etc. configuration)
Familiarity with fixing network issues and basic network configuration.
Proficiency in using help desk ticketing systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
Certifications: AWS/Microsoft Azure, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications preferred

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $140,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
