Our Warehouse Technician I – Direct Distribution plays a crucial role in the accurate and timely shipment of compounded pharmaceutical products directly to customers. This position involves preparing, packaging, and managing inventory of pharmaceutical products, utilizing carrier shipping systems, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Warehouse Technician - Direct Distribution I collaborates with the customer service team to address shipping-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing shipping processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This is a full-time role for our 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Sugar Land, TX location. This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.

What the Warehouse Technician I – Direct Distribution Does Each Day:
- Support direct distribution of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Pick and package compounded pharmaceutical products for direct shipment, coordinating with the warehouse team for timely fulfillment
- Manage inventory of released compounded products and packaging materials
- Utilize carrier shipping software for label creation, package tracking, and scheduling pickups
- Maintain accurate shipping records, inspect outgoing shipments, and address issues
- Follow safety protocols for handling and shipping pharmaceutical products, collaborating with quality assurance for compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- 18+ years of age
- Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
- 1-2 years of experience in anyone, or combination of the following: Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, Material handling, Customer Service, Inventory Control, or other comparable service line
- Completion of picking, packing, and closing competency assessments
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas
