NuAire is looking for aTeam Leader. The primary function is to communicate priority, work assignments, and cross training needs as required to meet the production schedule. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively.

Second shift Shop hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.
Salary range: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
Job Function:
- Provide work direction and train employees in work procedures.
- Report and help resolve problems as they arise.
- Performs in-process inspection and completed unit inspection.
- Performs any combination of tasks using sheet metal machines as required.
- Communicate with various levels of the organization.
- Lead the team with safety practices and employee handbook adherence.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Degree or certificate from a vocational school and/or five years of experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use a caliper to measure dimensions.
- Experience working with press brake, and sheet metal fabrication machines including Amada/Accurpress, S-4, P-4, corner former and Apron brake to shear, punch and form metal or other stock with ability to set up and operate.
