Job Responsibilities
- Assure a good level of knowledge spread among the Supply Chain department on Factory Flow and Continuous Improvement tools
- Project Management and problem solving activities in operational area, location, human factors, environmental factors, facility and process flow
- Time study knowledge (included 3M and Golden Zone knowledge)
- Establish the routes and frequencies for supplying the production lines with mizu-sumashi
- Supermarket implementation
- Call off systems knowledge and implementation in shopfloor and warehouse (Kanban calculation)
- Assure Visual Management in every logistic area (5S)
- Develop guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
- Develop handbook to train the operators on continuous improvement activities and standards
- Good Knowledge of all SAP procedures
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, or Logistics.
- 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Logistics (preferably in both industries).
- Continuous improvement and lean expertise experience
- High Volume manufacturing industry experience preferred

Work Environment
