Overview
The Principal of Commercial Analytics will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial strategy through insightful analytics, market intelligence, and actionable recommendations. This individual will lead the commercial analytics function, supporting business development, marketing, and operational strategies to enhance our competitive position and optimize our service offerings.

Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics Leadership: Develop and implement advanced analytics models and strategies to support business growth, customer retention, and market expansion efforts.
Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pharmacy services market.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage big data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations.
Performance Measurement: Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in analytics, market research, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong proficiency in analytics software and tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or a related industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
