Primary Function:
The incumbent is responsible for developing sales strategies and managing sales team in border to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue.
Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee internal sales teams detailing physician offices for targeted ”HUB” and patient support programs.
- Focus on Neurology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology and Allergy practices
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team
- Very strong analytical skills required to be able to identify, execute and quantify results.
- Recruit, train and manage internal sales team.
- Develop new business with existing clients and potential clients
- Monitor sales targets and performance of sales across the country’s region
- Set targets, monitor, review, and initiate action plans for KPI
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Special projects, ad hoc analyses and other responsibilities as needed.
- Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and it’s implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience required
- 7-10 years successful Sales Experience
- Experience working in HUB or patient support required
- Understanding of the Pharmaceutical/Generic market landscape
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
