Overview
The Specialist, Email Operations assists in the coding and buildout of email communications distributed via Adobe Campaign using HTML and assists in the creation of campaign queries using SQL. The position also provides design and coding support for internal websites and SMS messages. Supports Program Management, Business Development, Finance, and IT as well as clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
Assist in building out email workflows from initial HTML coding and campaign creation in Adobe Campaign to final launch for optimal deliverability & opens. Support the client-facing project plans that establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables necessary for successful execution of sponsored campaigns via email and SMS.Support maintaining the integrity and maintenance of the healthcare provider (HCP) contact database used to drive all Messaging offerings.Query and provide HCP outreach counts to internal and external customers in support of RFPs or to help determine project scope.Create and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer and agency contacts to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• 1+ years working with messaging campaigns (SMS, Email, EHR, or Pharmacy)• 1-2 years working with client-driven campaigns in similar capacity.• 1+ years working in Adobe Campaign, Twilio, or similar admin site for campaign setups• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred• Experience in software and database systems used in executing email programs including Adobe Campaign• Experience with HTML editors & coding HTML files
• Ability to communicate with IT to resolve issues promptly• Technical mind, excited by data and workflows• Analytical with strong attention to detail• HTML experience preferred with the ability to evaluate and resolve HTML and workflow issues• Some knowledge of email deliverability concepts, SMS deliverability knowledge preferred• Able to read/write complicated SQL queries to pull and compare data
