Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Director with a strong background in the healthcare or pharmacy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our inside sales team to achieve lead generation and conversion targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management within the healthcare, PBM or pharmacy sectors.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to create new leads and convert existing leads into opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the inside sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Content Development: Working with the marketing and sales teams, using buyer personas, help draft content that can be used for outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field desired but not required; MBA preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales/Inside Sales experience
- At least 3+ yeas leadership experience strongly desired
- Proven track record of success within the healthcare, PBM or pharmacy industry desired
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of the healthcare, PBM or pharmacy market, including key players and industry dynamics.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
