How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Program Leader to lead the Turbocharge Program. This role will be crucial in driving the development and implementation of our digital ecosystem. It will involve working closely with executives, collaborating with various teams, and achieving important business development and revenue goals.
What will you do:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the Turbocharge Program, focusing on delivering a comprehensive digital ecosystem that aligns with Thermo Fisher Scientific’s strategic objectives and business goals.
- Business Development: Identify and leverage opportunities to drive business development and revenue growth through successfully implementing the digital ecosystem.
- Executive Engagement: Regularly interact with senior executives to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on program progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborator Alignment: Manage and align diverse collaborator interests, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination. Work closely with product management across the company to deliver a coordinated product roadmap.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the program team, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Program Management: Coordinate the entire lifecycle of the Turbocharge Program, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. Ensure the program adheres to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the program. Develop contingency plans as needed.
How will you get here:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, Equivalent experience will also be considered. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or related roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, strategic programs.
- Knowledge of software product development and product lifecycle management.
- Enterprise software market introduction, development, and product launch processes.
- New product (software platforms) commercialization.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive leadership.
- Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with digital transformation and ecosystem development.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $221,600.00–$332,375.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
