We are seeking a talented and motivated College Summer Intern for our Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office. As an Intern you will establish and maintain meaningful projects in a working environment that will enhance your marketability as well as provide value to the organization through continued networking. You will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and correlations.
- Interview key stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
- Assist in the development of an organizational system for pipeline forecast files and implement a Teams or Sharepoint based filing system with proper access controls.
- Map the process flow for organic and inorganic opportunity forecasting and propose metrics to improve efficiency.
- Build database of product information necessary to understand and evaluate dormant assets, enabling consistent, efficient decision making.
Potential Projects:
- Generic market conversion at time of first generic launch: study performance of Hikma and third party generic launches to develop analogs for future launch projections
- Pipeline forecasting processes and metrics: improve management of pipeline forecasts through refinements in version control and data management, as well as development of metrics around cycle times.
- Dormant ANDA process: build a process around periodic review, decision making, and documentation for dormant ANDAs. Ensure records are clear and accessible and can summarized for customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing.
- Majoring in Business, Finance, or Data Science is preferred
- Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework.
- Interest in analytics, data analysis, research and communication of research findings.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated and inquisitive with a strong desire to learn.
- Organization skills to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to details.
- Planning and Organizational skills.
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
- Must be willing to take a drug test.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
