The Industry Analyst Relations Specialist provides support for high-impact industry analyst relations programs. Key areas of focus include developing and expanding influencer relationships, driving thought leadership programs, and promoting Zebra’s brand as solution provider. The Industry Analyst Relations Specialist should have a strong leadership skillset and background in market research or marketing. They must be capable of supporting cross-functional teams and complex programs.
Responsibilities:
- Supports global industry analyst relations program to ensure that Zebra is properly represented within the industry analyst community
- Manages external communications with research firms and internal support to drive regular analyst engagements, including briefings and strategy days, to educate analysts on Zebra’s vision, strategy, growth, and customer success
- Be responsible for building out notes as well as creating reports, briefing books, and track customer references using AR software
- Provides notes from analyst interactions for inclusion in AR status reports to bring key insights to the organization and its strategies
- Monitors analyst report calendar and agendas on an ongoing basis, including tracking analyst research publication timelines and identify opportunities for Zebra placements
- Monitors research firms’ events calendar to recommend Zebra participation
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years of experience in Industry Analyst Relations
- Strong communication skills
- Wiling to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Project Management experience including developing plans, setting goals, and leading teams to successful execution of numerous deadline driven and high profile project simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a global environment with diverse teams at all levels
- Engaging personality to inspire trust, credibility, and transparency with internal and external stakeholders
- Can do attitude and ability to achieve or exceed objectives while working in concert with other team members and colleagues
- Detail oriented and fast moving once a decision is made

Salary: USD 65500.00 - USD 98300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
