What you'll be doing
This role isresponsiblefor project management and execution of launch activities to ensure product launches are completed on time and in line with commercial plans. The ideal candidate isanauthority at all the components required for genericanddifferentiated pharma product launches.
Lead pharmaceutical launch process for all assigned genericanddifferentiated products including new approvals, line extensions and private labels that may be internally developed or in-licensed.
Partner withcrossfunctionalteams including Marketing, Strategic Contracting, Market Access, R&D, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, IP, Regulatory, etc. to develop a commercial launch plan. Define clear project scopes, goals and deliverables that support business objectives
Identify risks to projects and work withcrossfunctionalteams to build mitigation plans and guide the team through launch plan execution for all North America products.
For risks identified, facilitate decision-making by North America Pharmaceutical leadership. Raise issues as needed with Global Pharmaceutical leadership.
Continuously improve processes to buildanoutstanding launch process that accelerates organizational launch success and enhances revenues.
Act as internal authority on commercial launch management activities and execution related topics.
Lead project tracker(s) or dashboard(s) and communicate status of the project and program portfolio to all key collaborators and the North America Pharma Leadership Team astheneedarises.
Ability to work with externalvendors such as CMOs, consultants and other vendors.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’sdegree in business (BA/BS) or Life Sciences, MBA preferred
3+years’experience in Commercial Operations and Launch Project Management preferred
Knowledge of generic product launch management, Commercial Operations or Supply Chain Management preferable.
Strong experience in project management, project planning/execution, and risk management.
Familiar with multiple areas of pharmaceutical commercial management including IP, regulatory, supply chain, quality, technical operations, compliance, commercial operations, market access, pricing and contracting, and medical.
Ability to understand sophisticated issues and their implications even if limited information is available.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
