Your Role:
The Sr HR Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Global HR Operations Support team and is responsible for Workday support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day to day operation support of “owned” process(es) including issue resolution, process enhancements and maintenance of current documentation
- Understand and support integrated systems and technology
- Identify potential process improvement opportunities
- Implement use of process analysis and documentation methodologies, tools and standards
- Manage all aspects of smaller-scale improvement projects, from project planning to monitoring of metrics
- Define the current situation and desired future state
- Gather business requirements
- Identify and proactively manage project risks
- Manage project activities, log and track issues, and resolve or escalate issues, as appropriate
- Document functional specifications
- Facilitate coordination between functional and technical subject matter experts, as necessary
- Provide status reports to key stakeholders
- Document new business processes in relation to each project
- Extract and analyze data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting
- Coordinate testing of new/updated applications, systems, and technologies
- Develop communication materials and coordinate internal and external communications
- Manage rollout of new processes and technologies to end users
- Provide regular updates on all projects currently being managed, as well as process operational metrics
- Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and/or reduce costs
- Escalate issues to management as appropriate
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related business discipline required or country equivalent
- 3+ years of HR Operations or HR-related experience
- Cross functional HR knowledge related to Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Core HR
- Understanding of HR operating environments; exposure to applicable policies and procedures on a global basis, a plus
- Project management and consulting experience
- Strong communications skills - oral and written
- Experience with Workday or equivalent ERP system required
- Experience with SharePoint preferred
- Experience with Fieldglass preffered
- Microsoft Office Suite

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for the full time position is $88,000.00 to $121,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the full time position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
