Job Responsbilities
- Responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and implementing a comprehensive engagement automation strategy.
- Outline and implement all automated email and SMS responses to ensure seamless communication with our customers.
- Implement comprehensive email and SMS automation strategy, including triggers, workflows, and segmentation.
- Adhere to the documented ad promo policy and associated processes for automated email and SMS responses for various user interactions.
- Create email and SMS specific automation flow.
- Work with business to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns.
- Create and customize email templates that align with our brand voice and messaging (our team will help with the design and messaging)
- Collaborate with the RMDx Global Strategic Marketing Solutions team to ensure emails are engaging, relevant, and personalized.
- Implement testing methodologies (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing) to improve conversion rates, optimize campaign results, and measure the relative impact of various tactics.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall user engagement.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all automated emails comply with legal standards and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with Global opt-in laws and regulations.
- Adhere to best practices and Abbott guidelines for customer communication.
- Work with our internal divisional RMDx Global Strategic Marketing Solutions and external creative teams/agencies to maintain the integrity of Abbott brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in email marketing and automation.
Education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B/consumer campaign execution and demand generation.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working in marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
- Experience of email campaign execution and basic HTML coding knowledge.
- Exposure of managing optimization processes and A/B and/or multivariate testing.
