At LSPedia, we're seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Professional Services to lead our service delivery and operations. This role will spearhead our professional services team, ensuring we provide top-tier customer solutions that drive client success and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally, delivering high-impact results in our fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Success Champion: Own the client journey post-sale, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Design and implement scalable processes that optimize service delivery and meet business growth needs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a team of professionals, fostering a results-driven, supportive environment that empowers team members.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics to assess and enhance service quality, monitor KPIs, and refine processes for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to align professional services with broader company goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, Finance. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: 8+ years in professional services in management consulting, technology implementation, or program/project management.
- Leadership: Had 3+ years P&L responsibility leading a team of 10 or more business and technical consultants.
- Customer Focus: Leadership ability with calm demeanor and consultative approach to add value and resolve issues for customers.
- Process and Change Management: Ability to deploy professional services best industry practice and implement the change.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent math skill with sensitivity to KPI data, trending that leads to data driven root cause and business decisions.
Preferred Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Background in professional services with enterprise software, SaaS, or technology consulting
- Scaling Experience: Experience hiring, train, coach, and effective onboard new professionals to scale up team and processes within a fast-growth tech firm.
