As a Support Analyst Trainee (Entry Level - Support Engineer) at LSPedia, you’ll be immersed in learning and development to support our cutting edge traceability and compliance solutions. Through hands on experience and mentorship, you’ll assist senior analysts, support customers, and gain foundational expertise in system analysis and problem solving. Your goal: elevate to a full System Analyst role within three months by delivering topnotch service, accurate troubleshooting, and proactive learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build expertise in system analysis tools and methodologies.
- Support senior analysts in gathering requirements and performing detailed analysis.
- Participate in structured training to enhance technical skills and software proficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams and apply practical knowledge to real world scenarios.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document tasks thoroughly and update records to maintain accurate work histories.
- Attend team meetings, providing status updates on assignments and project progress.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong curiosity and commitment to professional growth in system analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused mindset
- Basic understanding of XML and experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer or technical support roles
- Familiarity with SaaS, CRM tools, or customer support systems
