Job Description
As a Talent Scout, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our Pharmacy Technician hiring initiative. Your primary responsibility will be to build and sustain a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates, ensuring our organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving talent market. This role is central to our innovative approach to delivering top talent, focusing on proactive sourcing, engaging, and nurturing candidates to meet both current and future needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and the broader recruitment team to understand business objectives, anticipate hiring trends, and strategically align talent pipelines with our Pharmacy Technician growth goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for uncovering hidden talent and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the candidate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed about relevant opportunities within the organization.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, ensuring that the talent pool is aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive insights that inform sourcing strategies.
- Perform initial screenings to assess candidate fit, focusing on qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team to promote the organization’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics, including time-to-source, candidate engagement rates, and pipeline health.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate development, or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using various tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Work Location:
This is a contract hybrid position (1-2 days/week) that will work out of our Grapevine location.
