Title: Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Month Assignment
Job Description
- Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP, Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP, Manage safety stock in SAP locations.
- Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution, Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner,.
- Work with customer service on potential back order inventory and resolve, Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute.
- Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers.
- Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reports.
- Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities. Any other duties that pertain to the Supply Chain Department.

- Strong communication skills, Inventory Management, Excel Skills (looking for at least Intermediate level who can do V-lookups and cross table comparisons will be a key aspect of the job), General Administration meaning managing tasks, keep track of orders, and how they keep track of various workloads.
- Quote review, inventory assessment, budget management, meeting hosting, liaising with engineering groups on part upgrades and obsolescence, engage in criticality analysis (Min/Max Adjustments).
Experience And Education
- 2 years and plus and Bachelors
