This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) in any of the following locations - Dedham, MA; Frisco, TX; Lincolnshire, IL; and Kennesaw, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Works with customer project team to understand their business goals, business process and develops approach to configure system to support them
- Develops and tests documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation requirements
- Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems
- Issue validation during software release updates
- Issue acknowledgement and analysis to provide solutions.
- Communicate with US IS team, PMs, L2 Team, Engineering team and CLM team on implementation projects
- Able to handle multiple projects independently.
- Should have ability of multitasking.
- Contributing to client facing billable work during implementations through Meetings / Jira / Emails
- Sanity Testing and Functional Testing of application
- Makes changes to or upgrades existing solution designs. Enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions
- Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
- Configuration and Validation support during configuration/validation phases of projects
- Create Day in the Life business scenarios
- JIRA ticket triage through project dashboard
- Create support handover document.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent vocational qualification/experience)
- 4+ years’ related experience
- Background implementing or testing VoIP or UCaaS solutions i.e Cisco PBX, IDP solutions or frontline integrated solutions such as Theatro, Vocovo
- Experience scoping, implementing, and executing / supporting validation of API integrations
- Strong understanding of MDM (Mobile Device Management) and Launcher technologies, experience configuring such technologies for the purpose of deploying mobile applications on Android and iOS

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
