Manager, National Insight Consultants: Clinical Customer Success Organization
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Insight Consultant Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves leading a team of consultants who conduct data analysis to drive the adoption and optimization of MMS products. The successful candidate will directly manage a team of individuals responsible for data driven insights across the Medication Management Solutions product portfolio, specifically dedicated to the top 50 IDN’s that are managed by the National Account Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, data analysis, and team leadership.

- This person will have a functional expertise and broad knowledge of the MMS (Medication Management Solutions) suite of products including: Pyxis, Med Knowledge Portal, HealthSight, Alaris, Infusion Knowledge Portal, Medication Safety Analytics, and Pharmacy Keeper.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants who conduct data analysis, visualization, and storytelling for our national team clients.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the development and execution of data analysis projects to provide actionable insights for MMS product adoption and optimization. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the deliverables and provide feedback and guidance to the team.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Clinical and Customer Success Organization (CCSO) leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance product adoption and usage.
- Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored insights and recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate, track and report on key performance metrics to the Clinical and Customer Success Organization (CCSO) leadership team to drive value with the customer in post implementation activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years' experience in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, business analytics, or healthcare informatics.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and/or leading teams, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proven product knowledge in business area
