Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist clients in conducting compliance audits to ensure employee activities and records align with legal and company policies.
Review internal processes and documentation for compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Identify areas of improvement and suggest actionable solutions to reduce compliance risks.
Help clients draft and refine employee-related policies, such as codes of conduct, workplace behavior guidelines, and other compliance documentation.
Ensure policies are clear and accessible to employees and management.
Assist in designing and delivering training sessions on compliance topics, such as workplace anti-harassment.
Support clients in developing training materials and ensure their teams understand compliance requirements.
Provide support in investigating minor compliance violations or employee complaints, documenting findings, and offering recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with senior specialists, clients and senior management when more complex compliance issues arise.
Prepare basic reports summarizing audit findings, policy updates, or training outcomes for clients.
Keep accurate records of compliance activities to ensure thorough documentation and regulatory adherence
Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with confidential documents and information
Demonstrate and promote the company vision
Practice regular attendance and punctuality
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Perform other duties as assigned
