Associate Regulatory Specialist to support the Equipment and Digital Regulatory team.

What You Will Do
- Take a leadership role in administering Ecolab’s PFAS equipment compliance program and other complementary material regulations (e.g., Prop 65, RoHS, REACH)
- Write and maintain documented procedures for the PFAS and equipment compliance program regulations
- Coordinate, prepare, and submit all necessary paperwork for state and federal reporting requirements
- Resolve regulatory requests from the NA field team, customers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and work with cross-functional teams to address issue root causes
- Act as the preferred intermediary between Ecolab and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction
- Execute variance requests for field and market tests of equipment innovation projects
- Prepare and maintain regulatory tools for the NA field team
- Run compliance reports from ERP systems
- Engage with cross-functional partners and third-party consultants to obtain material compliance information for Ecolab’s equipment portfolio
- Provide KPI’s and monthly metrics regarding number of requests and turnaround time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Telecommunication, or similar Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-5 years of previous experience within Regulatory Affairs field
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of NA building codes and safety standards
- Knowledge of Material Compliance Regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
