Position Summary
The Retail Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing multiple operations including, but not limited to retail corporate account management and engagement, SAP programming, order allocations, analysis, planning/forecasting, pricing accuracy, manufacturer and internal communications and order management and manipulation for all retail vaccines customers. This position will set up items and other operational areas as required, coordinate with Product Management Data Analyst to ensure contract fees are accurately maintained and validated within SAP, and ensure validation of all contract fees are completed within 10 days of receipt with any discrepancies resolved within 30 days.

Essential Functions and Duties
- Assist Product Managers with contract development and review, discussing strategies and reconciling incentive and fee for service payments. Responsible for communicating with manufacturers and directly with customers when appropriate and necessary, for all retail and other corporate accounts.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills developing and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Liaison between the customer, manufacturer and FFF procurement for creation of purchase orders and management of allocations, ensuring delivery to the appropriate DC for all retail customers.
- Establish and maintain the retail allocation and storage location tables and item numbers within SAP.
- Continually develop and maintain the Company’s image and corporate philosophy while communicating with customers, sales force, customer service, and business partners.
- Attend all retail sales/operation calls and meetings, ensuring that all requirements are documented and captured.
- Follow thru with internal teams on solutions to service or operational issues. Ensure timely implementation of solutions, communicating consistently with customer to ensure service excellence.
- Communicate reporting requirements to the IT department for data feeds and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. Once reports are created, test and validate the reports, and schedule them using the reporting tool. Prepare and submit ad hoc reporting as requested including analytical analysis of sales and inventory.
- Responsible for operational functions prior to and during Respiratory season, including order manipulation (flipping), tracking cancellations, assisting in ensuring the proper GPO membership affiliation is established, member list maintenance, pricing validation and any other order related requirements.
- Master the use of the Capacity Tool, as required, to ensure appropriate and efficient order allocations (fair share allocations).
- Communicate to the appropriate parties when adjustments are made on accounts that will affect the following processes: order entry, accounts receivable, commission, or reporting. Follow thru to ensure that operations are updated to address all changes affecting these programs.
- Support team members with questions or assistance as needed. Assist in the training of team members on procedures and processes.

- 20% travel required.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal/external Customers/management at all levels.
- Must have strong analytical skills and accuracy plus diligence to the task at hand.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be adept at multitasking, be detail oriented and dependable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access Databases and have the desire and ability to take on new responsibilities and tasks.
- Must have experience with SAP S/4 or other CRM/ERP system(s).
- Must have the ability to work with general supervision; ability to solve moderately complex problems; ability to work independently and make decisions based on guidelines of the job description.
Required Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in customer facing, managing accounts.
- Previous medical industry experience a plus.

- Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.

Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
