The Project Manager has the primary responsibility of managing the scope, schedule and budget of all projects assigned, while demonstrating a working knowledge of Pharmacy Automation products and project management techniques. Additionally, the Project Manager is expected to work with their customers to clearly understand their goals, and to apply their experience and expertise toward a successful implementation of Swisslog Healthcare’s solutions.
Your collaboration
The Project Manager is responsible for the management of multiple concurrent customer projects. Each Project Manager will manage between 6-20 open projects concurrently.
Projects are supported by leading project kickoff meetings, supporting site surveys, supply chain coordination, development and distribution of meeting minutes, master schedule coordination, communication and customer relation skills, cost management, change order processing, post mortem process and documentation, customer acceptance and transition to the Customer Care team.
- Oversee the project plan events and manage the schedule.
- Coordinate project team activities.
- Manage procurement of project-related hardware and software.
- Conduct & participate in project meetings to review and assess the progress of each project.
- Primary contact for any issues that arise related to the implementation. Ensure that all issues are documented and resolutions reached. Escalate issues as needed.
- Provide support for go-live activities.
- Manage the project budget, revenue projections, risks and scope.
- Responsible for preparing and completing the customer acceptance process.
- Other duties as required to support the delivery of best-in-the-business customer support.
Your competence
- Associates Degree, or equivalent education/experience. (Bachelor degree preferred.)
- 4+ years project management experience, including project budgeting and ERP software.
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office applications and MS Project.
- Must be process- and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Desirable, but not Essential:
- Pharmacy and/or medication management technology project experience.
- Experience working with customers in a vendor organization environment.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Compensation: Salary range for this position is $76,000 to $95,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
