Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Documentation Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and organizing a variety of technical and operational documentation. This role will involve preparing, editing, and maintaining records, reports, and other technical documents to support our operations. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in documentation management and exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, and assemble reports, technical documents, records, and correspondence to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
Maintain and update a systematic filing structure, using numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and/or subject-based methods for efficient record retrieval.
Oversee file maintenance, manage records, and keep documentation up to date, ensuring compliance with company standards and confidentiality policies.
Locate, retrieve, and organize file materials as requested by various departments, ensuring timely and accurate responses to documentation needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in documentation, records management, or a similar role.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in documentation tools and filing systems.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and ensure accurate documentation and information flow.
