Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Validates the strategic and financial benefits of the various opportunities (development of pro forma P&Ls, ROIs, Payback Periods, Cash Flows, etc.)
- Has good understanding of each strategic business unit's strategic plan and collaborates to execute on the components of the plan dependent on business to business, OEM and Strategic Partnership or Acquisition strategies.
- Serves as project team leader for strategic partnership and acquisition due diligence efforts where a team is assigned.
- Performs market research and analysis to identify potential alternative distribution partners for our product portfolio in certain segments; and to identify innovative products and services to expand our existing product offering.
- Serves as primary negotiator for projects where specifically assigned to do so.
- Reviews and implements appropriate processes and procedures to establish efficient and effective work flow and ownership within the organization to support business to business, OEM, strategic projects and acquisition due diligence efforts.
- Collaborates across the business on planning, processes, projects, and resource allocations.
- Provides regular reporting for all working projects.
- Creates and presents Corporate and Sales presentations.
- Meets regularly with business partners, customers, sales personnel, vendors and consultants

- Work under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Consults senior executive management / group board members of BBM on company-wide initiatives and acts as spokesperson on matters regarding policy, capability, and strategy to the organization.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 10-12 years related experience required.
- Frequent business travel required, Vaild drivers license and passport, Eye Exam
