Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Develop strategic programs for the company's key outpatient markets (e.g., ASC,Home Infusion, Oncology, etc.) and collaborate with strategic distribution partners to meet their needs.
- Responsible for directing the development of marketing strategy and tactics, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits for assigned categories or divisions.
- Ensure the attainment of organization goals of market share, profit, price, and revenue
- Development and implementation of overall business and marketing plans that create alignment and a clear vision that drives successful achievement of business objectives.
- Oversee the development of strategic and tactical business plans, budgets, forecasts, metrics, and measures key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate results.
- Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration in all business areas.
- Understand healthcare industry trends, competition, health economics, and customer insights.
- Direct trade show activities to manage booth activities in coordination with the trade show and conventionsteam.
- Prepare monthly report to monitor the success of marketing plans, sales and other key projects.
- Understands our OPM customer needs and challenges as well as gaps and opportunities to deliver long-term sustainable value and growth in the assigned segments.
- Analyzes the OPM business and the impact of channel marketing programs to the various class of trade segments (i.e. ASC, Oncology, Home Infusion, Other).
- Fosters the OPM channel marketing partner relationships (i.e. distributors, wholesalers, kitters, aggregators, etc) as it relates to current or new business opportunities.
- Leads the organization toward a greater understanding of the strategic importance and business potential for the OPM channels.

- Manages activities of a functional area which has at least 2 departments or major functions through managers and/or experienced employees. Responsible for cost, method, and employee results.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required.
- Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
