Title: Project Manager I
Location: Alameda, CA
Duration: 5+ Months
Skills Required
- 4 days in office and 1-day WFH
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Health, Wellness, or Medically Regulated Industry.
- Must have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with Veeva or other Quality Management Systems preferred; Veeva experience is a plus.
- Program management and or Project Management experience, collaborating with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Reviewing promotional materials, approving workflows, and uploading content to a QM System.
- Champion the content approval workflow for a new health and wellness product, Lingo.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to gather and resolve feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure document fidelity and be equally attentive to minor and major changes.
- Be familiar with quality management system approval workflows.
- Manage and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Previous med device experience a plus/preferred.
