Responsibilities
- Conduct complaint evaluation and final closure activities in line with the requirements of ISO13485, regarding all ADC products.
- Reviewing complaint case information for correct application of procedures, codes, and documentation.
- Be proficient with the complaint handling process and be able to accurately review, assess and process customer complaints associated with division's products in a uniform and timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritization.
- Ensure self and support other team members to achieve timely and accurate complaint handling activities. Meet division goals for timeliness of complaint evaluation/closure activities.
